b.iD Has Been Awarded Two Silver Awards by the American Advertising Federation – Houston for a Multifaceted and Integrated Campaign
B.ID is proud to announce our incredible recognition as winners at the 2020 AAF Houston American Advertising Awards. We are the recipients of two silver awards at this year’s ceremony. Our organization has been greatly acknowledged in the following categories: Industry Self Promotion – Single Medium Campaign and Industry Self Promotion – Integrated Media Campaign. We provided the work on behalf of the American Advertising Federation – Houston (AAF Houston), which gave us the responsibility of creating a campaign that would highlight the 2019 AAF H Student Conference and inspire students to attend the event to further their professional aspirations. The inspiration behind our client’s campaign came from Colin Kaepernick, a prominent athlete and social justice advocate, and his partnership with Nike. Mr. Kaepernick was featured in an ad for the company that went viral. Creating the foundation necessary to capture a human, emotional response was essential to create for our client’s goals. Our ad incorporated elements that inspired students to work diligently and put in the significant dedication that others simply may not have to achieve career goals.
About the Campaign…
Our campaign ensured to include diverse individuals of varied races and genders and included copy that created the inspiration necessary. The combination of copy and design elements included was needed to reach our audience and invoke encouragement. We want the target audience of this campaign to see themselves reflected and become inspired to achieve the greatness they are meant to obtain in their lives as well as become confident, assured individuals that will change the advertising field in the most positive of ways. We are delighted that we have been able to successfully assist our client in acquiring the necessary audience to reach attendance goals for their annual student conference.
